Can I join while I am still employed?

Yes. Your current employer cannot see your profile, and your name and employers stay hidden from every organization until you agree to an introduction. Set your availability to “Open to conversations”, or switch off discoverability whenever you like.

How do I get paid?

For engagements arranged through the marketplace, Lavasource agrees the terms with you, issues your contract and pays you directly, acting as employer of record or agent of record depending on the engagement. You never invoice the organization yourself.

How is my rate agreed?

You agree your rate with your talent advisor before any introduction goes ahead.

What does a talent advisor do?

Your talent advisor is your contact at Lavasource. They talk every opportunity through with you, make the introduction when you agree, and stay with you throughout the engagement.

Do I need a CV?
