What is Gaia by Lavasource?
Gaia by Lavasource is an HR community where everyone in HR, payroll and HR technology belongs. Members learn from peers and Lavasource experts, build relationships that last, and soon, find coaching and mentorship and give back together.
Who can join?
Anyone who works in HR, payroll or HR technology, wherever they are based: HR leaders and specialists, the people who run HR and payroll systems, consultants and people starting out. You do not need to be a Lavasource client.
Can I look around before I join?
Yes. Public spaces, such as Dayforce, Other Platforms and the Resource Library, can be read without an account. Sign up when you want to post, reply or get access to more spaces.
How do I sign up?
Select Join the community and sign up with a Google account or an email address.
Which platforms does the community cover?
Dayforce has its own space, and SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone, Visier and other HR platforms share the Other Platforms space. You do not need to work on a platform to belong: HR Tech Talk covers AI in HR, HR transformation and the future of work.
How does the community connect to the Lavasource Talent Marketplace?
Gaia and the Lavasource Talent Marketplace share one account. Members can join the marketplace from Gaia to find roles and contracts, and organizations use it to hire peer-vetted HR specialists.
Can vendors promote their products?
No. Peer spaces are for questions and discussion, not sales.
